Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program at the School of Allied Health Sciences, Multan University of Science and Technology, is a professional degree program aimed at preparing students for careers as physical therapists. The program focuses on providing students with the knowledge, skills, and clinical competencies required to evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and other physical impairments or disabilities.

To provide students with a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and To instill professionalism, ethical values, and effective communication skills essential for establishing therapeutic relationships with patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Evidence-based Physical Therapy

To train students in the implementation of evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and functional training.

Clinical Skills

To develop clinical skills in physical examination, assessment, and diagnosis of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Clinical Reasoning Skills

To foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical reasoning skills necessary for effective patient management and rehabilitation.
