Overview

The BS (Medical Imaging Technology) program trains students in radiographic, ultrasound, CT, and MRI imaging techniques used in medical diagnosis, combining radiologic physics and patient-care theory with the technical skills needed to operate imaging equipment safely and accurately. The curriculum is aligned with HEC Allied Health Sciences standards across its full eight-semester structure. Students gain hands-on experience with imaging equipment in dedicated labs before advancing to clinical imaging placements in affiliated hospital radiology departments, building direct familiarity with the technology and protocols used in real diagnostic settings. This practical emphasis prepares graduates for immediate roles as radiographers and imaging technologists across Pakistan's hospital sector.
