Overview

The MS (Psychology) program offers advanced study in a chosen area of specialization — clinical, counseling, or organizational psychology — building on an undergraduate psychology foundation with advanced theory and research methodology. Following HEC's Graduate Education Policy, the program combines coursework with a thesis or research project in the student's specialization. Students conduct original research under faculty supervision, applying advanced psychological theory to real behavioral and organizational questions rather than studying concepts theoretically alone. This research-driven approach prepares graduates for specialized practice roles, academic careers, or further doctoral study in psychology.
