Multan University of Science and Technology (MUST) organized MUST LifeLine 2026: Emergency Response Workshop, providing Pharm-D second-semester students with hands-on training in essential emergency response and life-saving skills.
The workshop introduced students to practical techniques including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Basic Life Support (BLS), and nebulization, helping them develop the confidence and practical competence required to respond effectively during medical emergencies.
Through hands-on demonstrations and supervised practice, students were able to connect theoretical pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge with real-world emergency response scenarios. The training also reinforced the importance of timely intervention, patient safety, clinical responsibility and preparedness in healthcare practice.
Such experiential learning complements the Pharm-D curriculum and supports the development of clinically competent, patient-focused healthcare professionals.
Through initiatives such as MUST LifeLine, the University continues to strengthen practical healthcare education by providing students with learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom and prepare them for professional practice.
