Multan University of Science and Technology (MUST) welcomed Col. (R) Waqar Azam, Director NCS Multan, Punjab Counter Narcotics Force (CNF), for an insightful drug awareness seminar aimed at educating students about the harmful effects of narcotics and promoting informed, healthy decision-making.
The session highlighted the importance of drug prevention, awareness, and education in building safer campuses and stronger communities. Students were encouraged to recognize the risks associated with substance abuse and understand the role young people can play in fostering a healthier and drug-free society.
The visit also reflected a shared commitment between MUST and the Punjab Counter Narcotics Force to raising awareness among youth and encouraging responsible choices that contribute to individual well-being and community development.
Through initiatives such as these, MUST continues to provide students with learning opportunities that extend beyond the classroom and address important social and public-health issues affecting society.
